Is there a minimum order quantity for custom-made products?
No, you can order the parts directly from us starting from just 1 piece.
Can the material and material thickness be selected?
For steel sheet products, a material thickness of 1–3 mm can be chosen. Fan housings and third-party fan housings are usually made with 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, or 2.5 mm steel sheet, depending on the size. Stainless steel is also available as an alternative.
Do I need to provide samples or drawings for manufacturing?
In most cases, our completed inquiry forms are sufficient. Drawings or photos can be sent to help clarify details. Please send samples only if we specifically request them.
What materials are the axial fan blades made of?
The hub is always made of aluminum. The blades are available in either glass-fiber reinforced PA/PAG plastic or aluminum. For explosive environments, PACAS, an electrically conductive plastic, is also available.
Which materials are available for the radial impellers?
Radial impellers can be made from plain steel sheet, Zincor sheet, aluminum, or stainless steel.
What is the delivery time for these products?
Sheet metal products, such as fan housings or tension bands, have a delivery time of approximately 3–4 weeks. Blades are generally delivered within 5–8 weeks.
