Information about Aluminium Die-Casting
We supply high-quality aluminium die-cast stator housings with mounting feet, as well as end shields, flange end shields, and terminal boxes in IEC frame sizes 56 to 180 –unmachined, available directly from stock.
In addition, standard machined aluminium parts in smaller batch sizes are also immediately available.
Machining of Aluminum Die-Cast Parts According to Your Specifications
We machine aluminum die-cast parts such as end shields, flanges, and terminal boxes precisely according to your machining specifications. Upon request, we can also supply standard-machined die-cast parts in small batch sizes directly from stock – fast and flexible.
Machining of Stator Housings
The machining of stator housings is generally carried out after shrink-fitting the stator core. The inner diameter of the housing is already prepared for shrink fitting.
For assembly, the stator housing is heated to 200°C to 250°C and then slid over the stator core. The stator core is positioned so that it is centered within the housing. For special lengths, an asymmetrical core position is also possible.
Further mechanical operations such as turning of locating shoulders or thread cutting can only be performed after shrink fitting. We are pleased to offer shrink fitting of the stator core as an additional service.

Technical references
Can stator laminations and rotors be ordered individually?
No, stator laminations and rotors are always supplied in pairs, as they are manufactured in pairs. Ordering individual parts will be charged at the price of the complete set.
What is the delivery time for electric motor components?
Most standard parts from our components program are available for immediate delivery from stock.
Are the components ready for installation?
Aluminum die-cast and gray cast iron parts are usually delivered unmachined. Upon request, we can provide machining for certain parts. Fan blades and fan housings are ready for installation unless specifically indicated as raw parts.
In what lengths are the continuous casting profiles delivered?
The continuous casting profiles are delivered in standard lengths of 3 meters. Upon request, we can also cut them to your desired lengths.
Do you also supply stator laminations with winding?
No, unfortunately we are unable to supply stator laminations with winding.
Do you also supply fan housings painted?
Yes, fan housings can be powder-coated upon request. Alternatively, they are also available raw, electro-galvanized, or primed with rust protection.
Do you also manufacture parts according to customer drawings?
We offer a wide range of manufacturing options, especially for sheet metal parts. For some other components, we can also produce custom models. Please send us your inquiry.
