Warehouse Operative (m/f/d)

To support our warehouse team, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative (m/f/d) who enjoys hands-on work and knows how to stay organized. Your tasks will include loading and unloading goods using a forklift, picking and packing orders, and helping to organize the warehouse efficiently. You will also carry out stock checks and inventories, prepare shipping documents, and actively contribute ideas to improve our logistics processes.
Ideally, you have completed training or gained experience in logistics and are a reliable team player. Good English or German language skills are required, along with a practical mindset and strong organizational abilities. A valid forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
Your Tasks During the Apprenticeship
- Processing customer inquiries and orders
- Purchasing goods and negotiating with suppliers
- Preparing quotations and calculations
- Organizing and monitoring deliveries
- Preparing shipping and customs documents
- Maintaining customer and supplier data
- Supporting accounting, marketing, and sales departments
What You Should Bring
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or (specialized) high school diploma
- Good knowledge of German and mathematics
- Confident use of a PC (MS Office)
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Interest in commercial and logistics processes
