Forced Ventilation Units for speed controlled electric motors

Since more than 25 years we produce forced
ventilation units for the electric motor manufacturers.Our
experiences are your guarantor for quality and flexible
solutions. Electric motors with forced ventilation units are used in all fields of the industry. From the food processing industry up to rolling mills and offshore applications – they all have different demands on the motors and forced ventilation units. |
Different forced ventilation units are available for any special
field of application. We offer standardized forced ventilation units
in IP 66 but also customized solutions.
All forced
ventilation units are specially manufactured according to customer´s
demand to fit on each individual electric motor / gear. Thus, a
simple mounting or change of the units is assured.
The existing fan cowl of the electric motor will be exchanged against the complete forced ventilation unit, while the standard ventilation fan will be disassembled. Our units are equipped with a separate terminal box and are delivered primed. (also without terminal box available)

The forced ventilation units FBI are designed for the cooling of electric motors driven by a frequency inverter in duty S1 up to S9.
These forced ventilation units are used for example in plant construction and mechanical engineering, in the field of hoisting and winding etc.

Forced Ventilation Unit Type AH IP66 datasheet Mb 0E (UL / CSA)

As cooperation partner of ebmpapst we offer Forced Ventilation Units in IP 66 with special ventilation fan to ensure a low run at a simultaneously higher output. These units can be operated at a higher ambient temperature of max. 70 °C. |
The forced ventilation units are according to UL/CSA.
Interchangeable adapters can be made according to customer´s requirements.

Forced Ventilation Unit Type IP54 datasheet Mb 03 / 04 (short assembling)
 |
The main characteristics of the forced ventilation unit are short assembling measures. The ventilations are static and dynamically balanced, thus, of a high balance quality. The forced ventilation units are available in frame size 56 to 112 in 230 Volt – 50/60 Hz, single-phase as well as in frame size 90 to 180 in 230/400 Volt three-phase. |
The diameter, the length as well as the side punchings can be made to customer´s requirements.

Forced Ventilation Unit Type V-RBK IP66 datasheet Mb 2K / 3K (Heavy Mill Duty)

Forced ventilations in IP 66 (heavy mill duty). The units are available in insul. class F (-40 to +40 °C) as well as insul. class H (suitable for ambient temperatures of up to 80 °C / 90 °C). Further, availale in special voltages, tropical protection, thermistors, dust-protection bearings and space heaters. |
The forced ventilation motors in cast-iron are supplied in painting Worldwide RAL 7031 which will be suitable for the off-shore area. The fan cowls and adapters can be offered on request either galvanized, powder-coated or special primed / with a special varnishing.
